BEVERAGES

•Host Bar: The total cost of beverages served based on consumption, plus 9% state liquor tax, .4% Hennepin County Sales tax and 20% service charge, applied to the Catering Contract.

•Cash Bar: Your guests are responsible for the purchase of their own beverages. The cash bar prices are inclusive of state taxes.

•Combination Bar: You provide selected beverages on a host basis and your guests may purchase other items at their expense. You may also choose to host items at the bar for a given period of time or to a set dollar amount, and then change to a cash bar basis (for example; hosted social hour prior to dinner).

TRENDY TIP - Ice Luge
Your choice of beverage is poured through the top of the ice sculpture, passing through the ice and ending in your glass at the end of it's journey. Carved by hand from a solid 300lb block of crystal clear ice, the luge is a fantastic way to impress your guests! Whether it’s a lemonade luge or a specialty martini luge….your completely unique ice sculpture will make a lasting impression! Ask your Coordinator or Sales Manager for rates.
